将红笛鲷双侧割“井”字纹,不要割到骨头那里,划开就好了。这里我用了拓牌的海鸥水果刀,刀刃的弧度贴合鱼身的弧度,轻轻一下就能够割开鱼肉。

由于海鸥水果刀的刀刃是尖尖的有弧度的设计,可以很轻松的将刀尖插入鱼脊中片开鱼身。刀身自重较重,切开连接处的鱼骨也是很容易的。
